Ingenium challenges museum goers to find their genius
A digitally focused campaign created for Ingenium Museums turns wayfinder cubes into cues for exploration, discovery, and finding your inner genius.

(but you can call us G&G™).
We’re an independent Strategy & Creative shop based in Ottawa and Toronto with one core philosophy that drives everything we do: Be Brave. Be Decent. This means we make brands stand tall like giants, while maintaining a foundation of collaboration and trust with our client partners.
To serve you best, G&G is part of an ecosystem of specialists working in lockstep together: Acart, offering digital experience and technology, and The Masons Media, experts in media and performance.
One team. One dream.
Alanna is one of those rare creatives that actually loves business, so...she co-founded G&G.
She’s spent her career building brands across every category, picking up a multitude of top industry awards along the way.
In 2012, she launched Giants & Gentlemen with the belief that excellence should be achieved through collaboration and respect.
More than a decade into G&G, she’s helped grow the agency into an A-list indie shop, earning recognition including Silver Ad Age Agency of the Year, Canada’s Growth 500 and Top Employer for Young People five years running.
She’s also taught and mentored at Miami Ad School, co-founded the Mighty Women List, launched a gin company and, most impressively, binged all of Netflix.
Natalie is always up for a challenge. She has a knack for turning the overwhelming into the achievable. Take co-founding G&G, for starters.
Her razor-sharp vision has shaped work across categories and earned national and international recognition along the way. Ranked among Canada’s top CCOs three years in a row, Natalie has helped build G&G into one of Canada’s top-ranked agencies, earning recognition including Silver Ad Age Agency of the Year, Canada’s Growth 500 and Top Employer for Young People five years running.
Natalie’s passion for advertising and business extends to the community, where she sits on panels and boards along with judging award shows. “Free time” includes starting other businesses, like launching a gin. Normal, right?
Andrew McWiggan is President & CEO of Acart, the independent Canadian agency group behind Giants & Gentlemen and The Masons Media.
He leads the group’s growth, business strategy and expansion, bringing together specialized creative, media, data and technology capabilities to solve increasingly complex business challenges for clients.
An entrepreneur and agency leader, Andrew has spent his career building businesses and creating new opportunities for growth. Since acquiring Giants & Gentlemen in 2024, he has focused on building on its creative legacy while helping shape the next chapter of the agency and the broader Acart group.
Taylor is a strategic generalist and self-proclaimed data junkie who likes making complicated things feel easy.
As Strategy Director across G&G and Acart, she turns mountains of research and data into clear narratives that align teams and bring strategies to life across brand, UX, content and go-to-market.
In both work and life, Taylor is driven by a relentless sense of curiosity and a touch of crippling perfectionism (she’s a Virgo, if that wasn’t obvious), meaning she likes to try new things, master them, and move on. She has dabbled in being a college professor, publishing academic papers on consumer behaviour, hopping on the sourdough bandwagon, and the list goes on.
If there’s a way to make the work better, Lynn will find it.
Across a four-decade career spanning management, design, production and quality assurance, she’s overseen everything from print and broadcast to websites and email campaigns. Fluent in English and French, Lynn brings an exacting eye for quality, brand consistency and the thousand little details that keep great work running smoothly.
She pushes the team to be their best and, when she’s not doing that, she’s pushing her personal best in weightlifting. There are several reasons we don’t mess with Lynn.
Simon likes big challenges, smart ideas, and keeping things moving in the right direction.
With more than 10 years of agency experience, he’s worked with leading Canadian and global brands including Wealthsimple, Toyota, Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch and Molson Coors, and led creative strategy for TELUS Health. His experience spans client leadership, project management, digital marketing, creative development and financial analysis, helping clients turn business challenges into opportunities for growth.
Outside the office, Simon stays in motion as an avid runner and marathoner, which might explain his appreciation for a clear plan, long-term goals, and lots of Gatorade.
